Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. A returns label for your local returns center will be included in your parcel.

Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Returns and Exchanges

We are currently only offering EXCHANGE /CREDIT. 

If you would like to exchange an item, you must notify BARBII'S BEAUTY within seven (7) days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be UNOPENED, UNUSED, and in the SAME CONDITION that you received them.

Once your returned items have been received and examined, you will be reimbursed for the items authorized for reimbursement.
